- Director KYC (DIR-3 KYC) missedDue once every three years by 30 June; the DIN is deactivated
- ₹5,000
There is no upper limit
The additional fee keeps growing for every day of delay. Directors of a company that has not filed for three years in a row are disqualified for five years. Filing now stops the meter. How it is worked out
- Company forms: an additional fee of Rs 100 for each day of delay, for each form, with no upper limit (since 1 July 2018).
- LLP forms: since 1 April 2022 the additional fee is a multiple of the normal filing fee by length of delay - 1 time up to 15 days, then 2, 4, 6, 10 and 15 times for a small LLP (4, 8, 12, 20 and 30 times for others) up to 360 days, and more after that.
- Due dates used: AOC-4 30 days and MGT-7 60 days from the AGM (AGM by 30 September); OPC AOC-4 180 days from the year end; LLP Form 11 by 30 May and Form 8 by 30 October. Change the date if your AGM was earlier.
- The normal filing fee (by authorised capital or contribution) is paid on top and is not included.
- DIR-3 KYC is now due once every three financial years by 30 June (from 31 March 2026); a missed one deactivates the DIN, and Rs 5,000 is paid to file late or reactivate it.
